Pranayama is simply a control of the breath. Due to this exercise it keep our breathing process normal. While breathing we take air from the atmosphere into our lungs, which absorb the oxygen from it into our blood, and eject the air into the atmosphere together with carbon-di-oxide end water vapour. Practicing Pranayama influence on the physiological and psychic bodies.
