If you are not feet well for the certain diet than you need to eat nutritional supplements The nutrient or group of nutrients like vitamins, minerals, protein, carbohydrates, fats and oils that are meant to supplement, but not substitute for a healthy diet that you eat on a regular basis.

Fruit and vegetables are rich in the nutrients including fiber and vitamins C, E and A. Many of these nutrients are also available in the form of dietary supplements. The nutritional supplements are not contains as much as phytochemicals like the fresh fruits and vegetables.

The nutritional values in the natural fruits and the supplements makes a large difference. It does not contain the original value of the fruits & vegetables. The beta-carotene and vitamin E are the most suitable examples of the balance diet from the fresh fruits & vegetables.
