A recent study at Hampton University in Virginia report that a yoga and breathing exercises helped reduce teen wright in pounds.
The study included 60 overweight high school girls and boys who were divided into two groups. WOW, sounds interesting, I like to know more about all that things. where can I find all information online regarding this YOGA? I am very eger to know more for YOGA.
