For pregnant women Iron rich vegetable are important element of the food. The vegetables are good source of iron but it does not well absorbed as food. The iron found in the animal is absorbed properly. In this case the vegetarian must have to take a well-planned diet.

You can take dark leafy green vegetables; potatoes, watermelon, and strawberries are the best sources of both vitamin C and iron in your daily meal. The other best sources of iron include almonds, lentils, garbanzo beans, sesame seeds, and blackstrap molasses. You can also take the iron supplements to take the additional iron to avoid iron deficiency.
