The drugs expresses of relief asthma, also known like rescue drugs, supply the relief of the symptoms of asthma attack and include the beta-agonists short-agents, that they work as Bronchodilators and the muscles are stretched around to the bronchial tubes. Albuterol is the beta-agonist more common short-agent and is the active ingredient in Airet, Proventil and Ventolin. Levalbuterol is one new, purer shape of the albuterol available like Xopenex. Other beta-agonists short-agents include Tornalate, Maxair and Brethaire. The bromide of Ipratropium, an anticholinergic and also a broncodilatatore, is used from the people that cannot tolerate the beta-agonists short-agents; moreover it is used between those of which asthma it is primed from the drug of the heart medicine.

To take oral steroids for the longer time will definitely work and help to prevent additional attacks of asthma. The long-term usage of the corticosteroids could cause serious side effects of steroids like cataracts, osteoporosis, and weakness of muscle, decreased immunized function, and high drugs of blood pressure. Asthma are taken orally or inhaled using a metered dose inhaler (MDI), dry powder inhaler (DPI).
