Dear nurses,
Hi, I’m a 4th year nursing student from USA.
I'm conducting a research concerning the differences between nurses around the world about their satisfaction from there work.
I would appreciate your help and cooperation with some details:
1. your age, work experience (years), ward, lpn/rn/bsn/msn
2. work hours of each shift, how many shifts a week
3. description of a work day - what do you do during the shift ?
4. Do you have assistants to help you bath patients, change diapers or so?
5. General satisfaction from your job.
6. Satisfaction from salary, authorizations.
7. What are your promotion possibilities?
Thank you very much for your help!
I’ll be happy to be in touch with you further more, discuss more differences between nurses from all around the world.
I would also like to share the amazing information that Nursing Aide Training Centers are the heart of the healthcare industry because they will be preparing the next generation of healthcare professionals for the immense challenge of caring for the retiring baby boomers. Fortunately, there will be no shortage of people signing up for the training because there tends to be higher-than-average turnover in this field as it tends to be a stepping stone for those looking for a career in nursing or the medical field in general.
