The fruits yogurts are not considered as regular serving food. The fruit yogurts available contain about 2 tablespoons of fruit preserves. It is one serving is enough considered either a half-cup of fresh, canned, or frozen fruit, or a quarter-cup of dried fruit, like raisins.

If you want to make the nutritious fruit yogurt use some plain unflavored yogurt into a basin and add a half-cup of fruit. You can also add flavor and vanilla and a teaspoon of sugar. The result will be lower in calories and sugar, higher in fiber and vitamins, fresher-tasting and less expensive.

The American Institute for Cancer Research said that boosting fruits and vegetables one of the most essential steps to lower cancer risk and other aliments so you can use fruit yogurts as healthy diet..
