The fish diet or oil are taken as good and essential food by the non-vegetarian and some vegetarian in the form of fish oil. The fish oil contains fish extract, fish liver oil, halibut oil, long chain polyunsaturated fatty acids, mackerel oil, marine oil, menhaden oil, n-3 fatty acids, n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, omega fatty acids, omega-3 oils, polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA), salmon oil, shark liver oil, w-3 fatty acids.

The Fish like [b]fresh mackerel, salmon, trout, herring, pilchards, anchovies and sardines[/b] contains more nutrition. Salmon fish contains Omega-3 Fatty acid. It is good for heart.
