Yes, diet is definitely effect on the energy level. If you take the balance diet than you should get all minerals and vitamins, carbohydrates and proteins. The foods like rice bread, noodles, biscuits are rich in carbohydrates, which provide the main source of energy for our daily activities. If you want more energy than one should take more food in the diet as suggested in the food pyramid..

The imbalance diet can cause the health problem like iron deficiency can cause fatigue and laziness can also be a sign of. Iron is needed for the formation of hemoglobin. The food like meat, egg yolk, wholegrain breads, fortified cereals and beverages, and green leafy vegetables, nuts and dried fruits.
