The IDEA is a federal law acted out in 1990 and reawaken in 1997. Under the IDEA law the children are of the age of 3 and 21 are qualify for the IDEA. Children who qualify under the IDEA are equipped with services and housing individualized with their needs. With his more fundamental IDEA right a child suspect has to have incapacity to a complete evaluation by a multidisciplinary team provided to any cost with the parents. If the child is determined to need special education and the services connected that an individual plan of education (IEP) will be applied based on the specific needs for the child as decided by the team, including parents.
