If the patient of tingling weights or of the pain, frequently radiating to the lower arm, mainly at night or early in the morning, the condition at the probably lies. However it is necessary to accomplish an objective neurological test and electromyography or electroneurography test. The objective neurological test examines the strength, which can include osteotendonitic reflexes and sensitivity and clinical tests with.

There are various test are conducted to recover the CTS syndrome like Tinel and Phalen test. In the first case carpal the tunnel with a reflex hammer is knocked and the patient must believe an impact in the middle nerve area of distribution; the second test exists, if it presents the lower arm for one minute bends or expands; the patient must believe that a tingling feeling or the tingling feeling must worsen. However the tests can give negative wrong or positive wrong results frequently; therefore too much to build is not advisable, on the reached results. Therefore electromyography (EMG) or electroneurography (ENG) test is recommended. It is essential to get the proper treatment of getting the diagnoses properly.
