The surgery of the cervical arthritis is the risk factor. Some of the potential risks of surgery include risks of anesthesia, blood clots, excessive bleeding, infection and injury to nerves and blood vessels.

The new advances in the surgery can minimize all the risk associated with the surgery. Because of advances in medical technology cervical arthritis can now be detected much earlier. I think it is one of the important factors because arthritic conditions that are detected early can be managed and observed with care. The likelihood of severe disability or sustained neck-shoulder-arm pain secondary to cervical arthritis can be detected much earlier.
