The aerobic exercise has very stringent rules that person who has been performing the aerobic exercise has to follow. Depends on the age, sex and the physical condition of the individual the aerobic exercise needs to perform. There are mainly different types of aerobic exercise like Aerobic dance, ballroom dance, belly dancing, aerobic machines, and backpacking and different indoor games as well outdoor games. You must have to select the proper exercise based on your individual condition. It is essential to take the doctor or fitness expert advice before starting the aerobic exercise. If you are heart patient or asthma patient than you must have to follow your doctor advice. In aerobic exercise, if you are beginner than you needs to take rest after some time and also keep the lemon juice or any types of citrus fruits to get the more energy.

Any types of exercises is good for the body but excess exercise can lead to physical as well as mental damage of the body. It is essential to limit yourself depends on your present health condition and if you are ill or facing any sever problem than it is advisable to take your doctor advise to start the aerobic exercise. There are lots of studies have proved that the excess of exercise has more disadvantage. It leads to chronic fatigue, change in heart rate, and tenderness of muscle.
