The chocolate milk prepared with the additives, it contains minerals and vitamins like calcium, riboflavin, phosphorous and vitamin D and proteins. Protein is required to build and repair muscle, cartilage, bone, hair, skin and blood. Milk and milk products supply us with around 20 percent of the total protein available from all our foods.
