The major reason for arthritis is classified into two parts, one is non-modifiable and another is modifiable. Some time in the body uric acid levels get increase that result into gout, and some time specific infections can cause certain types of arthritis.. Scientists are focusing on the different factors like genetics, lifestyle, and environment in the various types of arthritis.

Osteoarthritis results from structural changes in the particular cartilage in the joints, such as the spine and knees. Rheumatoid arthritis can develops gradually over several months, with persistent pain and stiffness in one or more joints. This is accompanied by swelling and eventually leads to defect. The condition may be caused by hormonal imbalance, physical and emotional stress, infection, severe fright, shock, and injury.
