There are many benefits of consume food in raw. The raw food eaters are more energetic and efficient than the other people. Their weight is under control and they look like young. Their digestive systems are more powerful and their body is stronger than the others. By eating raw food antioxidant level of food gets increases.

Sprouts, papaya and pineapple, berries, carrots are antioxidant in nature, which reduces wrinkles. Alpha-lipoic acid also antioxidant that boosts the strength. The fruits like apples, oranges, cherries, grapes, strawberries, beets, cucumber, carrots and green leafy vegetables contains silicon needed for healthy skin, hair, nails and bones, it also help in anti-aging process. Sulfur available in the asparagus, broccoli, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, red pepper, garlic, onion healthy skin, hair and nails.

The fruits contain important Phytochemicals which help the body defend against damage and are said to have anti-aging properties. Berries, broccoli, cauliflower, celery, spinach, carrots.
