The fruits and vegetables has its own benefits than the non-vegetarion foods. Except iron, foods & vegetables contains all types of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals. Fruits and Vegetables are important to the health. It is advisable to take fruits and vegetables regularly according to the season.

The fruits and vegetables like leafy vegetables spinach, basil, romaine lettuce, fresh parsley etc. apple, strawberries, pear, and plum; vegetables like cauliflower, summer squash, broccoli, and corn etc. carrot, sweet potato, onions, and garlic, fish, chicken, beef, lamb, and venison. The root vegetables including carrot, potato, onions and garlic, eggs corn and nuts.

Fruits and Vegetables are more beneficial if it is consume in the season to keep your health good. Fresh fruits and vegetables are advisable for every body.
