The fruit has its own properties. It is always advisable to eat raw fruits The fruits contains all types of minerals, vitamins and phytochemicals. Fruits are important to the health. It is advisable to take fruits as per season.

The fruits like apple banana, spinach, basil, romaine lettuce, fresh parsley etc. strawberries, pear, and plum, carrot are more useful to the human body. Fruits contains more nutrients potassium, dietary fiber, vitamin C, and folic acid. The dietary fiber in the fruits, are very much important because it helps reduce blood cholesterol levels and lower risk of heart disease. It also help to improve the bowel function which help to reduce constipation.

It is better we must have to take fruits regularly to maintain the health. There are many advantages of the fruits. You can take an advise of your doctor to consume how much food.
