I would like to know what causes as well and why I am getting an asthma attack on a daily basis. I have used as many alerts and asthma medication for years and years and I am extremely tired of it. Whenever I am see the Internet there are many asthma diet asthma guidelines that are suggested however for some reason I cannot figure out how to control my asthma.
While the first thing to do is read and read and read I would suggest you read Web M.D. which is a very good website I would also tell you that to him ask your doctor or for information and be sure to follow up with the latest treatment of asthma. Many times as that can be cured or successfully treated if you know how to manage it and understand the triggers. As much as yours can be related to food as much rigorous can be related to air on and many other things so try to find out.
One option that you might want to consider when treating asthma is look at the option of dehumidifiers. I have read in several asthma related forums that teach him to fire his seeing to wreak asthma symptoms in is a good asthma drug therapy. The reason is that each humidifiers suck out the moisture from the air and because of that what happens is that the dust mites and other things possibly are no longer in the air and can not grow because of lack of moisture so I think that is a good start and something that one must consider in treating asthma.
