|

|
I was told by a doctor that I have anemia and I am a bit concerned about my anemia. I wanted to know what the best treatment options are for anemia patients.
I am worried that anemia might lead to something even more serious in the future.

Dear Patients,
It is advisible to eat more green vegitables in the seasons. Also take treatment according to doctor's suggestion.
Source of Iron is found in cereals, nuts, seeds, dried beans, dried fruit (apricots, peaches, raisins, and prunes) and dark green leafy vegetables as well as meat, fish and poultry [/b:1a2821e041]
Best of luck _________________ Tim |

| [b:e60fe8fc62]Please consult your physician, he will give you the best treatment such as prescribe nutritional supplements or advise for diet or other medication. Prescription treatments used to increase red blood cell which help correct anemia. [/b:e60fe8fc62] |
