We all know, cause of anemia is due to iron deficiency. Pregnant lady must have to maintain up to some level.

During pregnancy, your iron necessities increase significantly. First of all, your blood volume expands until you have almost 50 percent more blood than usual, so you need more iron to make more hemoglobin.
