Under the Dietary guideline of WHO, every men and women as well kids must have to follow the norms of WHO for taking the balance foods so that the daily requirements of vitamins and minerals get compensated through fruits and vegetables.

It is necessary to get the complete nutrition’s like vitamins and minerals from the body. You must have to plan accordingly to take the nutritional amount from the foods. You can get the complete amount of vitamins and minerals from different types of foods. If you follow the Food Pyramid than you will get the balance diet and get the enough amount of vitamins and minerals from the foods to get the daily calorie as per your requirements. It is essential to take the balance food that cover fruits and vegetables, rice, whole grains, milk and milk products like yogurt, cheese, flavored milk etc. The other groups like meats, eggs, fish, beans, and nuts in your daily consumption. Some food groups like low saturated fats, salt and sugar is also important.
