If you are not able to walk properly or having the problems of breaking of bones due to osteoporosis than it is very critical condition for you to move from one place to another. Green and yellow foods include green peas, corn (yellow), avocado, melon etc. You can get the carotenoids lutein and zexanthin can reduce developing the contracts and generation of black spot. The green and yellow foods gradually reduce the risk of osteoporosis. It is essential for you to eat maximum quantity of green and yellow foods. I think you must have to get the proper contains of green and yellow foods to avoid the chances of osteoporosis. It is an ideal choice to eat the green and yellow foods per week.
