There are so many fitness centers and dietician gives advice for the women to stay healthy as the age gets growing. Women mostly facing problem of iron deficiency and obesity due to lack of exercise. The fitness for women is measure in terms of individual life style like eating habits and working schedule. Normally it is assume that women who take balance diet according to WHO food pyramid guidelines and performing the exercise should keep healthy. Based on the exercise it is essential to take food intake accordingly.

Can I take advice of dietician or my physician or gynecologist for taking foods?

If you are facing any problems than it is advisable to contact the dietician or you can get the advice from your physician to guide you to take the food based on your health condition. Based on food intake you can perform exercise accordingly so that you are able to stay healthy. You can search some women health related website to get some idea about stay healthy in any condition. It is advisable to consult dieticians or physician to take advice.
