Women need more iron and calcium rich foods along with certain vitamins and minerals for their daily intake. If it is not possible for the women to take the fruits and vegetables or other food regularly, it is advisable to take the dietary supplements as alternative food supplement.

The multivitamin tablets are beneficial to some people, but it also depends on the many factors such as eating habits and overall health. Some supplements only contain some of the identified nutrients important to health, but it is advisable to take a well-balanced diet, which provides all necessary nutrients. I think balance diet is more necessary than the dietary supplements.

It is advisable to consult a doctor before going to take any dietary supplements. Because excess dietary supplements have an adverse effect on the health.
