The main health benefits of omega-3 fatty acids are shown in various studies like people with higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids in their blood cells show a less chance of heart attack compared to those with lower levels. I think, consumed baked fish at once a week exhibited a lower average heart rate. It is really good for the heart if it consumed in a certain limit. Salmon fish is one of the excellent sources of omega-3 fatty acids because it contains EPA and DHA. Apart from that shrimp, scallops and halibut are also good sources of omega-3 fatty acids.
