There are many success stories of eating the raw foods like papaya, berries, carrots, pineapple and many fruits are good to eat as raw foods. All the foods are antioxidant properties and it also enhances the skin as well as whole body. Alpha-lipoid acids available in the fruits are also an important antioxidant that is available to increase the immune system of the body. The fruits like apples, beets, cherries, grapes, orange, strawberries, cucumber, carrots and other types of leafy vegetables contains antioxidants that will enhance the health of bones, skin, hair, nails etc. It also reduces the anti-aging process. Fruits like broccoli, pumpkin seeds, red pepper, garlic, onion are helpful for skin, hair and nails.

There are several benefits of eating the raw foods. People consume raw food are more active and efficient. The other benefits of eating the raw foods are reducing the weight and also improve the digestive systems are more powerful and their body is stronger than the others. By eating raw food antioxidant level of food gets increases. The raw fruits contain Phytochemicals which help to improve the immune system of the body defend against damages of the oxygen molecules.
