Monounsaturated fats are a good fat that are available in various types of sources like whole foods, olive oil. Myristoleic acid, palmitoleic acid and oleic acid are monounsaturated fats. Eating the monounsaturated fats leads to lower the risk of heart disease. Phytonutrients play an important role to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and certain types of cancer. It is necessary to consume the food that contains monounsaturated fat.

You can also get the nuts such as almonds, cashews, and peanuts; and seeds such as mustard and pumpkin seeds. It is essential to get the proper foods that contain enough nutrients. Monounsaturated fat is one of the important for the body to balance the diet. Cardiovascular disease, rheumatoid arthritis and certain types of cancer.
