Sugar is most essential part of the every diet either is fruits or vegetables. If you can consume it in the limited amount than sugar is not a much harmful to the human. Excessive sugar can causes the loss in the urine of a number of important minerals, including calcium, magnesium, zinc, and chromium, and these losses may increase the risk of certain chronic diseases. Sugar can increase the levels of the blood fats called as triglycerides and it lower the levels of HDL cholesterol in susceptible individuals.

It ideal if you take sugar in the forms of blackstrap molasses, which is rich in both iron and calcium, and fruit juice concentrates, it also contains the fruit's nutrients and phytochemicals.
