As per the WHO, the recommended dietary allowance (RDA) gives proper guidelines for different types of genders and different agent age group and body of people to take the advantage to follow the guidelines of the RDA to eat the nutrition as per requirements. Nutritional requirement of the men and women are different depends on the gender, age group and the body weight. You must needs for give peadiatric nutrition for active kids

The nutritional requirements of the children are different than the men and women. The WHO has given special guidelines to take the certain healthy foods for kids so that parents should follow the proper guidelines of the nutrition for the children. It is essential to serve the fruits and vegetable according to the norms of the RDA. Depends on the age of your children, you must have to serve the fruits and vegetables accordingly. It is essential to serve the fruits and vegetables as per the defined RDA norms. You must have to give iron rich foods for kids. Same way fruits and vegetable serving for the teenagers are different than the children servings. You must have to read the RDA norms of servings and follow the norms accordingly.
