There are various types of food that are required by your body to convert the food into energy. Some vitamins are not manuufacture so, we need to get them from the diet. The raw foods that many of us choose to eat have had most of the vitamins processed out.

Generally the richest source of vitamins and minerals comes from raw fruits, vegetables. There are different types of thirty or forty vitamins and minerals.
