The raw food is very much important for the kids, there are some fruits and some vegetables are advisable to give kids of age more than five year old in raw form. It is not advisable to take more fiber in the diet for the kids.

I think for the kids you should give cooked food because their digestive system is not powerful than the elder. You can give carrot, tomato, banana, spinach and other fruits and vegetables in some quantity to your children. Off course the eating the raw foods is very much healthful to get energy, improve digestion and connectedness with nature by eating enzyme-rich living foods. I think we must go for raw food to get the good nutrition.
