The raw food does not contains enough protein is misconception. There are many plants contains proteins in different quantity. Seeds and nuts are exceptionally good sources of proteins. Nearly all vegetables, beans, grains, nuts, and seeds contain some, and often much, protein. Apart from that Blue-green algaes spirulina and chlorella have more readily absorbable protein than raw flesh.

The almonds and carrot juice and spinach juice provides enough protein. The fastest ways to supplement protein is to take algae, spirulina or chlorella which contains 70 percent of protein and overflowing with B vitamins, minerals and other nutrition to give you increased energy, mental clarity, joy and muscles.

Soybeans, a grain, and spinach are considered high quality protein. Other protein sources of non-animal origin usually have all of the essential amino acids.
