[b:196304fe53]hey Everyone.[/b:196304fe53]
[b:196304fe53][color=darkred:196304fe53]Here is one that is excellent—take 6-8 slices of brioche ( French bread), .15 table spoons of low cal butter; ½ pound of crab meat –ready to use; ¾ tsp chopped chives and pieces for garnish; ¾ tsp minced shallots; ½ tsp grated lemon;1/2 cup low fat cream; and 2 ounces of caviar. In a bowl mix crabmeat with all ingredients, add salt to taste, and whipped cream. Slice the brioche, butter both sides, and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp. Then spoon crab mixture onto baked brioche slices, garnish decoratively with caviar and chive and serve hot. Its Yum served with the right wine or champagne[/color:196304fe53].[/b:196304fe53]
