The vegetarian’s gets ample amount of protein diets from grains, fruit and vegetables, people eat a variety of whole foods contains proteins to maintain your weight from that you should easily meet the protein requirement. The average Western diet contains too much protein so it is advisable to get the proper diet.

The protein in whole vegetarian food contains the essential amino acids, the building blocks of protein that must be supplied by the diet. If a vegetarian diet contains low in amino acids, the body accept and take more of those amino acids. If you eat sufficient vegetable's protein to meet your daily requirement, you would also be meeting your requirement for each of the essential amino acids.
