Omega-3 fatty acids gets from the cold water fish and different types of foods are important to reduce the depression. Several studies showed good results in regard to treat the depression with using the Omega-3 fatty acid available in dietary supplements and cold water fish. It is essential to consume whole foods to treat the depression in certain doses to treat the depression. If you take the omega-3 fatty acid from the cold water fish supplements than it is better. The one way to cure the depression is the intake of food and supplements of nutrition and the other way to cure the depression is to change the life style like performing the daily exercise, pranayam and yoga, change the food habits that will definitely cure the hat might be helpful for you to cure yourself to get the better medicine. I believe that it is one of the best things to cure the depression in a proper manner. I believe that you must have to use the different types of methods to treat the depression.
