The raw food eater normally consume the iron is the important element of the food. The vegetables are good source of iron but it does not well absorbed as food. The iron found in the animal is absorbed properly. In this case the vegetarian must have to take a well-planned diet.

There are several raw food categories consume on the daily bases as per the season. There are dark leafy green vegetables, potatoes, watermelon, and strawberries are the best sources of both vitamin C and iron. The other best raw food sources of iron are almonds, lentils, garbanzo beans, sesame seeds, and blackstrap molasses. You can also take the iron supplements to take the additional iron to avoid iron deficiency.
