There are several types of reasons for stress like mental stress, physical stress and inadequate sleep. There are several causes leads to stress, there are different studies conducted found stress can be occurs due to several factors. It is essential to take the proper medication and change in the food habits to relieve from the tension. It is essential to take the proper foods to reduce the stress. There are several techniques are also available to reduce stress like yoga, pranayam, dhyan, ayurvedic treatment, massage therapy. Acupressure, acupuncture, aroma and music therapy are essential to reduce the stress by practicing it for the longer time.

You must have to take the essential supplements like amino acid as well as zinc and other minerals to support the neurological system to reduce the stress. yoga, pranayam, dhyan, ayurvedic treatment, massages therapy.
