There are different types of foods contains either eaten in raw or cooked are main cause of different types of food borne diseases. There are certain harmful substances are exist in the food due to usage of pesticides and other chemicals. The disease are main causes due to pathogens, polluted foods are one of the reason for the food poisoning.

It is estimated that there are more than 250 or more food borne infections causes due to viruses, bacteria, parasites etc. These types of diseases are not more harmful and it is curable. The food that contains harmful substances or toxin is proved to be more poisonous and each disease has poisonous effects like gastrointestinal tract infection that resulting into vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, etc. It is essential to avoid such food that causes the food borne disease. It is essential to identify the cause and get the treatment on time to treat the food poisoning. You must have to avoid the contaminated foods to spread the infections. You must have to take the extra care to avoid such types of foods that causes the food poisoning.
