The RDA recommended daily necessary of iron is 15 milligrams per day for women and 5 milligrams more than the RDA for men. Generally the women need more mineral because they lose during the menstruation period. On an average nearly [b]15 to 20[/b] milligrams of iron loss during the menstruation period. The majority of the women faces iron deficiency problem or it called as anemia. It resulting into fatigue and headaches, pallor.

The iron rich foods like meat, fish and poultry it is known as heme iron while dietary iron from plant sources, called non-heme iron, found in beans, spinach and peas and other green leafy vegetables, potatoes, and whole-grain and iron-fortified cereal.

You have more deficiency of iron in that case better you can consult the physician. I think you need to take iron supplements as alternative to foods.
