In the food pyramid categories, beans and pulses are one of the important food categories to get the important proteins. You can get the wide range of nutrients like protein, fiber, carbohydrate and iron. You can eat varieties of nuts and beans like kidney beans, black bean, soya bean and butter beans. Pulses are getting high protein content and they are high rich in protein, carbohydrate and fibre, and low in fat, which is mostly of the unsaturated kind. They are also important sources of some vitamins B.

It is necessary to get the proper amount of beans and pulses. You must get the proper nutrition by taking different beans and pulses. You can eat varieties of nuts and beans like kidney beans, black bean, soya bean and butter beans. You must have to get the enough quantity of beans and pulses to get the enough nutrients like protein, fiber, carbohydrate and iron. You must have to take the one cup of pulse or bean to give the proteins in certain quantity. It is necessary to serve the beans and pulses as per the needs.
