Definitely, exercises along with the balance food are the important factor to sustain the body and daily requirement and rejuvenate the body tissue. The regular exercise is essentials to convert food nutrition into energy. It is much essential for the over all fitness of the body. It also help to control the body weight by burning the unnecessary fats.

The guidelines for exercise suggest daily [b]60-minute [/b]physical activities or exercise are essential to maintain the body. There are many advantages of the body weight like you can maintain your body properly, stay fit for the whole days. It also increases the productivity of the person who do regular exercise.
