Women require more nutrition and diet than the men because she need to stores of fat, protein and other nutrients to build up over the years. Women mainly require calcium and iron to increase the hemoglobin and calcium to reduce the risk of anemia and osteoporoses. Women loss iron in the menstruation period. Women need more calories of nearly 2,200 calories per day to maintain the health. As per the FDA guidelines for women must needs to consume more calories than men.

The Federal Government’s come up to the nutritional supplement where scientist, does not urge add-on the usual American diet with vitamins or nutrients ahead of the recommended daily allowances (RDAs), nor does it imply not to eat some foods.
