The mediterranean foods like olive oil are low in saturated fat, high in monounsaturated fat are good for heart healthy and seem to reduce cancer risk. Olive oil is the fat of choice. Rich in flavor and documented healthy it's a staple of most families in this region. They also eat cold-water fish two or three times a week, which contains omega-3 oils, which can reduce heart disease risk and boost immune system. It is more useful for the heart health.

The Mediterranean people eat Olive oil and extremely less red meat, and consumed more plant foods and antioxidant rich vegetables. They also eat cold-water fish two or three times a week, which contains omega-3 oils, which can reduce heart disease risk and boost immune system. It is more useful for the heart health.
