There are different types of infections are developed through foods by viruses and bacteria. There are some bacteria like Salmonella, E. coli and Campylobacter and viruses like calicivirus.

If you are suffering from diarrhea, fever, and abdominal cramps. It is spread through Campylobacter bacteria. It is spread through the most commonly identified bacterial cause of diarrheal illness. A Campylobacter bacterium is spread through the bird and raw poultry meat. It is also spread through the contaminated juice. A salmonella bacterium is also spread through intestine of the bird, mammals and reptiles. The symptoms of Salmonella bacteria are caused due to fever, diarrhea and abdominal cramps. These infections are largely effect on immune system and have effects on blood steam. Some time these types of infection is life threatening. E.coli bacteria are spread through animal reserve. It is caused by contaminated foods and water with microscopic value in animals. The E.coli causes sever diarrhea, abdominal crampt that resulting into anemia, bleeding and kidney failure. Calicivirus is affected through food as a results vomiting, diarrhea are occur. It is spread through one human to another one.
