In USA people normally eat the non-vegetarian diet that includes in the fast food and many other types of foods. Body fats of average Americans are one of the main concerns of the diet. American’s now more conscious about the health and they eat vegetarian foods and leave the alcohol. There are various people now convert to the vegetarians. It is important to eat the proper vitamins to take care of the vegetarian diets. America’s are eating the raw foods and vegetables like whole grains, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. The vegetarian normally eats fresh fruit and vegetable either in raw or in the form of juice or ready to eat foods. Dairy products, margarine, whole grains breads, and a wide variety of vegetables are main foods for the vegetarian diet.

Yes, there are different types of vegetarian restaurants in USA serve the vegetarian foods to the American’s. It is important to eat vegetarian diet which contains the fresh fruits and vegetables. Like Vitamin A give better eyesight, Vitamin C heal the body, Vitamin D stronger the bones and Vitamin B give enough energy. Apart from the Vitamins, minerals are also important for the body.
