Generally the people use too with eating the cooked food, the most of the people use to eat from several years with less nutrition. It is not beneficial to health. .

The cooking of foods destroys nutrients, minerals and several vitamins like vitamin C and the B-vitamins. Cooking can produce carcinogens which causing cancer. The processing like crushing or cutting certain foods can activate beneficial enzymes in uncooked foods. You must have to cook the food into certain temperatures. As WHO has suggested a specific guideline for the cooking the food so the some valued nutrition and vitamins can be restore. It is not advisable to eat processed food also.

I think eating raw fruits and vegetables are the good source of fiber to get the enough nutrition.
