You can get the recommended sources of iron from different types of foods like eggs, fish, meat, fruits and vegetables, wholegrain, , soybeans, kidney beans and various types of other source of iron. Iron rich green fruits and vegetables such as potatoes, dark leaves, breads, all types of beans, blackstrap molasses, and cereals and strawberries are the better sources of vitamin C and iron. I think meat, eggs and fish are contains main iron than the other types of foods.
