The main difference between living food and raw food is that the living foods contain more enzymes while raw food contains enzymes in an undeveloped state. Both Raw and Living Foods are foods that contain enzymes but it is ideal to eat living foods rather than raw food. When we cooked the food at certain temperature it can destroys enzymes in food.
The cooked food is lacking of enzymes; it also changes the molecular structure of the food and leaves its toxic. Living and raw foods both have great nutrient values than the foods that have been cooked.
People who eat all raw foods, it is healthful difference in our energy, digestion and connectedness with nature by eating enzyme-rich living foods. I think we must go for both living and raw food to get the good nutrition.
