I am starting a new exercise regimine. 5 mile run everyday followed by 30 minutes of weigh t training. what should i eat to make sure i get proper nutrition but don't gain more weight?
Make sure you always keep yourself hydrated. IF you dehydrate you will feel tired and want to sleep. But don't over hydrate while exercising either because that could cause nausea when you have a lot of water jigglign around in an empty stomach.
